When they released him before, did they keep track of him? Clearly the answer is no. And why not? Because there are just too many possible or potential jihadis for authorities to keep track of them all. And that is an Islamic State strategy: they are endeavoring to overload intelligence and law enforcement agencies in the West, and cause them to collapse. They’re well on their way to success. The only solution would be expulsion of ALL Muslims.
