Bill Whittle did a great video some time back in August of 2016 called BLACK LIVES MATTER KILLS PEOPLE
In it, he addresses the fact that there are big pockets giving money to groups like Black Lives Matter and a lot of other Leftist groups.
In another video (I can't find it) he is driving through Washington DC, looking at big Greyhound type busses parked bumper to bumper along the side of the street, and he asks the obvious question: Who paid for these busses. They didn't come for free. And he points out that Black Lives Matter had $130 million given to them by various organizations, Soros Open Society affiliates, The Ford Foundation, etc.
What is an organization like that going to do with all that money?
That is money for street muscle. Pays for busses. Posters. Box lunches. Gasoline. Advertising. Salaries. Money paid to protestors. And so on.
I am no expert either. I have probably been to a couple dozen protests of various types, mostly piggy-backing onto the DC Chapter of Free Republic. Those people are the real patriots in this sphere...and people like Protest Warriors (Those people are crazy...I couldn’t do that)
But I credit FR and people like you who bring these things to the front, start the conversations and so on.
It is why I come back year after year!
The permits are often an overlooked detail that exemplifies the kind of minutae that needs to be taken care of.
When I went to counterprotest the big antiwar demonstrations, it was impossible to not think: “Who payed for the permits? Who got the bridge closed so they could march over it? Who payed for police?” and so on.
Kind of a funny story, The DC Chapter of FR used to counterprotest outside Walter Reed every Friday night to support the troops against the Code Pinko scum.
TroopRally took care of getting the permits all set, but the Code Pinkos had the gates right in front of Walter Reed, and we always had to stand on the other side of the road, which wasn’t as good.
Well, TroopRally goes down to the police station to renew his permit for the Freepers, and he discovered that the Code Pinkos had neglected to renew theirs, so...he snatched it up, kept the one we had, and now we controlled the entire street in front of the gates to Walter Reed!
The stupid leftists had to move 50-100 yards down the street, and were marginalized! They kept all four corners in front of Walter Reed in the hands of conservatives until Walter Reed closed a few years back...:)
And for the white supremacists, it tells them where Antifa is headed.

Antifa scum get their heads kicked in with Nazi Jackboots, and Nazi douchebags get maced in the face by Antifa turds with bandanas on their faces.
