Woo hoo! SPRING! And on HUMP DAY even!
That being said. Hey Rush, the best comparison I can give to how the Democrats are behaving is they are stone cold addicted to power. ALL their thoughts and efforts are being directed to maintain what they have and get MORE! The best thing to do for them is to get them out of office and let them recover cold turkey.

They need to be sent to gulags, be “re-educated” and disappear. They are dangerous beyond words, and their terrorist acts are beginning to happen, and will get much worse before 2020. When Trump is re-elected, all hell will break loose.
That said, Happy First Day of Spring and Hump Day, all-in-one.

Rush-Roosh:
The best way to foil the liberals from using the National Popular Vote is for some states (like Texas) to use an electoral college structure within their state.
Eliminate popular votes for President and say that the party that controls the state Assembly chooses the slate of Electors. This does several things:
- It reduces the power of the big cities in the state by letting the districts across the state decide. The smallest panhandle state district in Texas will get the same state vote as Houston or Dallas.
- It reduces the effect of illegal voting in the big cities from tilting the election.
- It takes away the concept of a "national popular vote" when the second largest state (in the case of Texas) doesn't participate in a vote for President. They will only have state Assembly races with popular votes.

This woman on with Rush now is making a lot of excellent points. Glad she brought up Fox News and Judge Jeanine.

She should close in rebuttal to Limbaugh by saying that the people who are making Fox News leaps and bounds ahead of the competition are the same people whom CAIR wants fired.

NOOOOOOO!!!
Many people don't vote, but they are still counted in the CENSUS!
See my idea for taking the popular vote out of the presidential elections, and replacing them with state votes for their lower chambers.
Essentially make state electoral colleges out of state assembly districts.

States like New York would have several hundred new districts, and put them all in the city. The same for any other Dim controlled state.

Hey, if they have the chamber space to hold all those legislative sessions, then go for it! Imagine sitting in a historic room built for 50, now having 150 assemblymen crowded into it.
Besides, the state's constitution usually has rules for how the legislature is redistricted.
