The prosecutors who framed them need to go to prison, for the same amount of time as those they framed and get dishonorably discharged.I must agree. When I watch Dateline or 48 Hours and see so many times how detectives get it wrong and then dig in and refuse to see any other possibility, or the judges won't grant a new trial or hear new evidence,I go wild.
So glad Louie Gohmert stepped in, even though it's supposed to be the congressman from the appellant's own state (in Derrick's case, Maryland), because Derrick's congressman Elijah Cummings did zero/zip/nothing until after Gohmert finally got it moving. Then Cummings sent his aide around to look good at the hearing.

a welcoming group from United American Patriots, and also Michael Behenna,
another soldier recently pardoned by Trump, are going all the way to Leavenworth, KS to greet Derrick
the moment he is released in the morning, even before he and his parents get on their flight!
Therefore there may not be a big crowd at BWI, but bring your
small American flags or a welcome sign if you wish.

Why? I know real hero’s this cheapens the title and nothing this man did equals what they did. Enthusiasm is no excuses. A soldier was judge guilty but the punishment was excessive so they commuted sentence. He is still guilty, he has a hard road ahead of him. I wish him well but he is not a hero.

I hear your point, even though his actions saved the lives of all his men who changed positions because he warned that this interloper on the base was a spy. However, this is not the right occasion to air your complaints about word choice.
