AG Barr’s Letter Confirms Mueller as King — Had Free Rein to do Whatever He Wanted with Witch Hunt — While President Trump Had Hands Tied
After nearly two years of investigating President Trump and his associates for so-called ‘Russian collusion’ during the 2016 election, Mueller delivered a report to the Justice Department and Attorney General Bill Barr Friday evening.
AG Bill Barr told Congress that Special Counsel Robert Mueller finished his investigation on the junk Trump-Russia allegations. Barr also told the lawmakers that he will reveal the contents of the report as soon as this weekend.
AG Bill Barr wrote a letter to Congress on Friday (screenshot below) and confirmed that there was not a single time that King Robert Mueller was blocked from a proposed action he wanted to take during his near two year inquisition.

Bill Barr apparently said today in his letter to the “Honorables” that no one or anything kept Mueller from getting what he wanted.
Meanwhile, full-faced beady-eyed Bret Baier is saying that Mueller’s mandate was limited to Russian collusion. I actually believe Baier was dumb enough to believe it.
Even I know that Mueller had the authority to pursue any lead into any other area that might seem untoward in his investigation. And, I don’t recall ever seeing that scope memo that Mueller requested, and Rosenstein delivered which, supposedly, further expand on the scope of the investigation.

What happens if there is a FISA Abuse scandal and many Obama and Clinton officials are involved? Was Mueller’s investigation a way to raise money for Dems to take back Congress?
