Manafort probably intended to use his Trump connections for personal gain (Cohen too) but he was ejected very quickly. Manafort's charges involved Ukraine, btw, not Russia, and occurred btw before joining WH staff....and btw partnered with a deep state long timer named Podesta who has NOT been charged, by the way. The military-honored Flynn was clearly pressured to save his family and life savings. Papadopolous and Carter Page were set up. The Russian bots challenged Mueller, who folded his case.
If that's all you've got, stuff it.
So let's move on to 'obstruction'. DJT fired Comey as any president is entitled to do, at the recommendation of Acting AG Rosenstein and most of the dems. DJT hoped Comey wouldn't go hard on Flynn given his exemplary military record of service and flimsy charges.
Mueller had nothing. Nor will the house dems.
