Many of the DemonCRAP candidates for president are not attending this year’s AIPAC. Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, former U.S. Rep. Beto ORourke of Texas, Sen. Kamala Harris of California Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, Former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz, former Maryland congressman, Julian Castro, John Delaney and Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey. The candidates’ decisions to skip the prominent pro-Israel lobbying groups conference come one day after liberal group MoveOn.org called on all 2020 presidential candidates to steer clear of the event. Follow the money folks.
Of all the Presidential hopefuls snubbing AIPAC, the most distressing to me is Spartacus. For many years, I regularly attended the AIPAC annual meeting in Washington. In those days, Spartacus was very friendly with Rabbi Boteach, a strong AIPAC supporter. I remember the two appearing together on the stage and recounting how they met in college (I think it was in the UK). Spartacus made much of his acceptance in the Chabbad House run by the Rabbi, and pledged his unswerving support for Israel. Now, in what can only be characterized as an “anti-Spartacus” moment, Booker has refused to attend the AIPAC meeting. I truly hope other Jews are paying attention to this snub by Spartacus and the others. It is a clear indication of the true feelings of the Democrat Party.
