The Bernie Sanders presidential campaign is violating federal election law by employing foreign nationals in advisory campaign positions, according to a newly filed complaint to the Federal Election Commission obtained exclusively by the Free Beacon.
The complaint points to the employment of three individuals, including Maria Belén Sisa, an illegal immigrant from Argentina who is in the United States under the protections of DACA and has been named deputy national press secretary for Bernie 2020. Sisa, who collected a salary from the Bernie 2016 campaign and also made financial contributions to it, recently made headlines when she questioned whether American Jews, including her own boss Sanders, were loyal to the United States.
Both the work for the campaign and contributions are "direct and serious violations" of federal election law, the complaint argues.
Foreign nationals are prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in the decision-making process of any person with regard to election-related activities, according to the FEC. Included in this group of foreign nationals are all immigrants not lawfully admitted as permanent residents.
The complaint, filed on Thursday afternoon by the Coolidge Reagan Foundation, argues that Sisa's current position on the campaign, due to its strategic nature, is a clear violation of this prohibition.
"Senator Sanders and Bernie 2020 is permitting a foreign national, Ms. Sisa, to serve in an advisory position which allows her to directly or indirectly participate in the decision-making process of persons with regard to election-related activities in violation of FEC regulations," it argues.
The complaint also points to the 2016 campaign, which employed Sisa as well as two other foreign nationals, Erika Andiola and Cesar Vargas, in advisory campaign positions, it says.

Bernie is doing this to show he’s down with the open border program. He’s not trying to hide this. There are plenty of non-illegals that he could hire for his campaign.
And could potentially have access to classified information if Sanders were to get the nomination, as candidates are allowed to get briefings.
This is real meddling by foreign nationals in our elections. I wonder when the special counsel will be appointed. (I’m not holding my breath.)
Origins don’t matter to socialist globalists. All people who can help in destroying the American national colossus are welcome by the progressives. Hopefully American voters will soon recognize the purpose of open borders and the goals of the progressive globalists. Otherwise they won’t be “American” voters much longer.

The RNC has to be especially vigilant that FEC rules are observed, and vote fraud prevented in 2020.
The dems will unleash tactics in scope and size that have never been seen before in order to steal the election, and the weak, half-hearted efforts the GOP has put forth in the past just won’t cut it.

ay’s so called democrats insist Americans must allow illegals storm in here by the hundreds of thousands despite their cost to us of billion$ in tax dollars,which is never enough. Tax money that should be going to our citizens for their sustenance,health,education,and housing even infastructure needs. But Americans must do the tax flagelation punushment because we’re the very rich United States and must divert those billion$ to fill the needs of those poor illegals plus give them the right to vote. Sustained by our tax money which our chuldren’s children if not aborted will be paying for.
What never gets mentioned in all of this is the lacking reciprocal treatment. If we applied that policy Because when an American citizen ever tries getting any of those handouts including voting when going to where the great undocumented come from That would never happen. Would this continue ?

It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen entering illegaly exempting those who do so legally and meet US citizenship requirements. All subject to reciprocal citizen treatment a citizen of the United States receives in Mexico through the Mexican constitution on citizenship .
Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote,and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal. Prohibiting any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership prviledges fully enforced ..
In other words Sneak into this country before expulsion no job no voting no landowning ..
