Why would exoneration be necessary if there is a presumption of innocence?

When NBC broke into a PGA golf Tournament ( not even peaceful golf is a safe thing to watch on TV) the main thing I saw on their Chiron was “does not exonerate him.” That statement is the gift that Mueller gave to the propaganda media to talk about forever.

The only exoneration I have ever heard about from a prosecutor was of the Duke lacrosse players when they were declared “innocent.”

Correct, it isn’t. There were no charges needing exoneration.
