Trump is vindicated. Collusion was a hoax. We know it started as a political scheme, we know the power of the DOJ, FBI ran with it as an “insurance policy.” A lesser person would be devoured by the allegations, the media drumbeat, the lies, the insinuations. Trump is would not break.
Mueller had unlimited time, unlimited resources, a dream team of Democrat partisans to dig into everything and anything. Every American should be glad to know there was no collusion or coordination by a presidential campaign. If they were smart Democrats would shut up and regroup. I suspect they’ll still feed the narrative Trump is still guilty of things Mueller didn’t look at.
Trump just had the better campaign, was the better candidate in 2016.
As the media and some Democrats keep up the lame and moribund talk about “not really over” then the momentum is bound to start building behind the President’s not very subtle suggestion that a fair process would be balanced (i.e., look at both sides, what did the Democrats do in the 2016 campaign as well?) ... so that refusal to give up may come back to cost them because I sense that Trump while patient is not going to put up with this any longer. And why should he?
