Townhall's Katie Pavlich dug this up from newly-released emails from ultra-chatty FBI'ers Page and McCabe. On Oct. 14, 2016, Page wrote to McCabe, WRT a WH meeting. “Page to McCabe. "Apparently DAG [Sally Yates] now wants to be there, and WH wants DOJ to host.... We will very much need to get Cohen’s view (then-Deputy CIA Director David Cohen). Better, have him weigh in before the meeting. We need to speak with one voice, if that is in fact the case.” McCabe responded within the hour: "Thanks. I will reach out to David." On Oct. 19, Page wrote to McCabe that the "meeting with WH counsel is finally set up." (source Fox News)
Could such a meeting, a month before the election, when Hillary Clinton was still a shoo-in, have been about anything else? Would these deep-staters, lining up with their plot to frame Trump, lined up as a group to tell White House Counsel all about their FISA abuse during those electric times and then asked to keep the information away from the president? Would the White House counsel have taken in such a meeting and then kept the news to himself, despite his job description?
Would Obama have been incurious about such an unprecedented meeting? It looks like Obama was in on the plot all along, getting his briefings about it and smiling to himself. Obama’s motive?....he knew if he did that, he’d own the next US President, and could blackmail her with the truth till the end of time. It literally would have given him a 3rd and 4th term. Which is pretty creepy, but also perfectly believable.

Those two chatter uppers in the FBI did a world of damage if the DOJ would just pursue it in full force.
And I think there is some hubris in knowing that the media won’t be looking for any wrongdoing from their side and that the deep state would protect them.
Besides, I guess Trump was supposed to be long gone by now so it wouldn’t have mattered.

Text messages found between Page and Strzok, with whom she was having an affair, discuss a meeting in fired Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe's office to go over an "insurance policy." A number of other messages showed Strzok and Page repeatedly slamming Trump and his supporters while favoring the election of Hillary Clinton.
Further, her testimony reveals there was no evidence of collusion at the time the Special Counsel investigation was launched in May 2017. Nearly two years later, there is still no evidence.

As a reminder, the Department of Justice Inspector General found the anti-Trump messages exchanged between Page and Strzok to be deeply troubling. From a report released in August 2018: "During the course of the review, the OIG discovered text messages and instant messages between some FBI employees on the investigative team, conducted using FBI mobile devices and computers, that expressed statements of hostility toward then candidate Donald Trump and statements of support for then candidate Clinton," the report states. "We were deeply troubled by text messages exchanged between Strzok and Page that potentially indicated or created the appearance that investigative decisions were impacted by bias or improper considerations."
"Most of the text messages raising such questions pertained to the Russia investigation, which was not a part of this review. Nonetheless, when one senior FBI official, Strzok, who was helping to lead the Russia investigation at the time, conveys in a text message to another senior FBI official, Page, 'No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it' in response to her question '[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!', it is not only indicative of a biased state of mind but, even more seriously, implies a willingness to take official action to impact the presidential candidate’s electoral prospects. This is antithetical to the core values of the FBI and the Department of Justice," the report continues.

As LifeSiteNews reports, a transcript of the conversation on January 22, 2016 – the day of the March for Life – reveals the conversation between the two: Strzok: “F*cking marchers making traffic problems.” Page: “Yeah, some extremely offensive video screens set up in front of district. I truly hate these people. No support for the woman who actually has to spend the rest of her life rearing this child, but we care about ‘life.’ Assholes.” Strzok: “And literally I’m the last car thru 4 lights as they shut down Pennsylvania Ave. Hey, I have an idea! Snow emergency, cancel the permit.”
Page and Strzok – both married to other people – were reportedly carrying on an affair. “It’s not surprising that these people would hate pro-lifers so much that they would want to abuse their authority to cancel the March for Life,” Operation Rescue President Tony Newman told LifeSiteNews. “Given their extreme political bias against those who hold pro-life views, one can only expect them to stoop to criminal conduct.”
As Breitbart News reported, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said the latest batch of text messages between Page and Strzok, reveal FBI views of Trump were more than just biased, they actually show “animus” toward the president.
