Dude, so far all the folks we know who have left or are planning on leaving are conservatives. Not everyone in NYS is a loony lefty.

This doesn’t look like a discussion/argument we’ve going to win...According to most of the posts here, anyone moving out of any state is a liberal and watch out - will turn any state they move into BLUE! We retired in CA 13 years ago, moved to GA, brought our politics (conservative) with us and possibly no liberals have moved into the state since then to change it. Whatever!
