Here's the thing.

Mueller didn't have to indict Trump; he didn't have to prove it in a court of law. The whole notion that he would have had to prove Obstruction of Justice beyond a reasonable doubt is absurd.

If he could have shown in his investigation even the hint of obstruction of justice with just a little bit if evidence, he could have handed off the investigation to the House Democrats and they would have carried the ball the rest of the way.

But after two years, and millions of dollars, Mueller had absolutely nothing to show that would have given even a possibility that a crime had been committed. I believe that Mueller knew his reputation could not have survived a phony charge that had no evidence, especially after having been given the most expansive investigative power and tools in history.

And the idea that he made Barr make the final decision just shows what an absolute coward that Mueller is. It's like voting "present" on the most important vote of his career? Who does that?
