I think the idiots believe that Mueller said he found that Trump had colluded with Russia and that Barr simply took the report and reversed the finding.

Back when Barr was nominated, the word was out that Barr and Mueller are tight via their wives’ social connections. I doubt if Barr went out of his way to cross Mueller; he just did his job.
