The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Monday announced that it is siding with a district court ruling that found the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional.
The move is an escalation of the Trump administration's legal battle against the health care law.
The DOJ previously argued in court that the law's pre-existing condition protections should be struck down. Now, the administration argues the entire law should be invalidated......

But the sad thing is had you posted this 8-10 years ago, you would have been attacked as a ‘conspiracy theorist’ and told to just leave it alone.

As much as I want to celebrate this, unless conservatives can come up with alternatives for pre-existing conditions, and allowing a child on your policy til 26, the left and media will have a field day with this. I know.. let them, but we can’t lose ground in 2020.
There has to be some conservative solutions for a few of the more popular provisions.

I continued on Michelle Malkin’s site until one day my screen went blue and words appeared as if being typed at that moment telling me to give it a rest, the computer shut down and when it restarted there were no programs at all left on the computer.
Since it was a work computer, I stopped after that.
The way all the talkers went after “birthers” tells me they were told to do that at the peril of their careers.
There are a number of Christian Care companies that share costs.
You handle your own claims but they pay the big stuff while you handle the little things. You basically negotiate bills with your doctor which is very easy to do and then send in your bills for reimbursement.
They are legal ways around healthcare and save good money.

That’s okay I was paying $400 a month for the insurance plan I have. I now pay $811 a month. I guess there isn’t any chance my premium will go down anytime soon. But here’s hoping.
