Former head of the CIA John Brennan admitted on Monday that he may have relied on “bad information” for his relentless attacks on President Trump.
Brennan — who once warned that “our Nation’s future is at stake” — told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that he may have been misled on the extent of Trump’s connections to Russia.
“Well, I don’t know if I received bad information but I think I suspected there was more than there actually was,” Brennan said. “I am relieved that it’s been determined there was not a criminal conspiracy with the Russian government over our election.”
The former spy chief was reacting to a summary report by Attorney General William Barr released on Saturday that states there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.
Brennan still maintained that there were inappropriate attempts to communicate with the Kremlin but said he was “not all that surprised that the high bar of criminal conspiracy was not met.”

Giuliani called Brennan the “quarterback” of this hoax. Brennan knows that Trump knows what happened. A reckoning is coming.

The Big State/media conspiracy thought they would pull off another Watergate - as in that “scandal”, damn the consequences including the loss of South Vietnam. But an oft-quoted bromide says that “history repeats itself -the first time as tragedy, the second time as farce” What happened during Watergate was tragedy, this garbage was pure farce except for the horrific impact it had on families, reputations and the worth of the “press”. the media has now been exposed for its rot and its deceptions, the CIA chief is a slander throwing, know nothing nincompoop who apparently took on the mantle of the previous liars there about nonexistant WMD in Iraq. They never mind the consequences, do they? Like Fitzgerald wrote, “they smash things, ruin lives, then move on with little thought of what they have done”.
This was all part of the script. If you haven’t been paying attention, the Mueller investigation was a clean up operation. Don’t forget it was Mueller who delivered the yellow cake to the Russians. Trump was never the target (this has been said numerous times). The goal was to tidy up the loose ends, minimize the damage, discover any players (possible future Arkancide if necessary) and put at ease the deep-state cabal. Mission accomplished.
He’s simply blaming others for his own stupidity.

As DCIA, a big part of his job was to discern between good information and bad. The admission that he relied on bad information is like the head of the IRS saying that he didn't realize that his family vacations to Hawaii weren't tax deductible.

As I noted in an earlier thread - we, deplorables, get the benefit of the doubt (as well as rank and file leftists), Brennan DOES NOT, given his past and his connections.
He needs to be JAILED, or HANGED.
Hard to believe this Brennan guy is such a wimp.
I thought he would have had a better prepared statement than:
