While I would like to see that, both as a form of justice for him and as a severe deterrent to others, “treason” is defined as aiding/abetting an enemy during wartime. He’s not guilty of that, but he is guilty of sedition. My understanding is that sedition carries a 20-year maximum term...but there are probably a few counts of that, plus conspiracy, falsifying federal documents, probably theft of government property (if he has so much as a single email on a computer of his that wasn’t authorized - just like Hillary), and almost certainly the SOB will lie to Congress and the court trying him - if he is indicted.
If Trump has a pair of big brass ones (and he does), then in view of the above, Brennan should go to jail for the rest of his life. Hopefully, he will be able to bring a few of his co-conspirators with him...in return for at least 10 solid years in SuperMax. I want Clapper, Comey, Strzok, McCabe, Lynch and even Obama to go to jail - this was nothing less than a coup attempt, thankfully one that failed.
WTF was the US Senate thinking when it confirmed this EX-COMMUNIST to be CIA Director? WTF was the country thinking when it elected Obama, as he was promising to “fundamentally transform” the US?
