They use the term “minority” but they aren’t breaking down that term into how many from each minority group. There is a major Seneca Indian reservation in the area. There are Hispanics(who often call themselves white). Also there is a large suburban area around Syracuse that I81 and it’s bypass 481 serves. Route I90 and I690 also go through the area. There are large amounts of blacks as a percentage in the Urban core but not in the Greater Syracuse area.
Also Onondaga Reservation. We have Oneida in my neck of the woods. They run the Turning Stone casino among others in the area.
