Unfortunately something is evil is hard to eliminate. Single bullet from a disgruntled Jihadi would do him, but there are more behind him. And some big money in Qatar. Qatar has always been a mixed bag. Like Turkey, outwardly somewhat Western friendly, but still contains the nut cases.

SA has some of that too.

Welcome to the Middle East. Headshake.

Totally agree. And the fruit of his cultivated jihadi’s in Efrin and inside Turkey is about to get ripe. (They smell real bad before they are “ripe”)

And never forget he is harboring the leadership of the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist group. Yep they are terrorists, and were behind the assassination of Sadat. Egypt will always remember, especially after the near miss with Morsi and the MB.

He’s been playing fast and loose with the currency - attempting to prevent shorting in the foreign exchange markets but that has caused a lot of cash shortages at the banking level. “It’s the economy stupid” comes to mind.

There was also that alleged “coup attempt”, which some say was staged to give him the rationale to lock up 100s (or 1000s) of political opponents.

Yes. Turkey has never been truly connected to the world economic markets like other countries. Their currency instability has been a problem many times.

Now the Erdodo it is out in plain sight how he plays to make himself wealthy at the expense of his country. And how he has always been a bypass of US sanctions on places like Iran.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s party on Sunday was facing defeat in local elections in the Turkish capital, Ankara, and possibly even Istanbul

Hasn't he been in power long enough to gain control of the electoral process? He has some work to do before he's up for election next.

He is a dictator, there is no Adalet (Justice) system in Turkey. Ask anyone. It is ruled by edict of the Dictator.

He did huge amounts of voter fraud to get this close, and he got smacked because of a unwritten cooperation between the CHP and the Kurds. They are not friends by any calculation, but they both see Erdodo as the enemy.

And by the way, he did lose Istanbul, but evidently found a way to paper over that.

Binali Yildirim, #Erdogan’s candidate for Istanbul, vows to challenge election results, not ready to yield to his opponent, citing irregularities, invalidated ballots.

Erdoodoo must have given the AKP green light to contest the election in Istanbul. So result? AKP will be declared winner? Probably

From VOA friend of mine:

Mutlu Civiroglu @mutludc 6h6 hours ago

https://twitter.com/mutludc/status/1112621438849167360

Head of High Electiral Board (YSK) Guven confirms what I have been saying for hours that CHP’s @ekrem_imamoglu is ahead of AKP’s Yildirim #Ekrem mamoglu with 28,000 votes. “Imamoglu 4,159,650, Yildirim 4,131,761. There are 84 ballot boxes under investigation due to complaints”

Erdoodoo is trying to steal the election again. smile.

Dicktators rarely, if ever lose power through elections, they control the ballot and the count. Maybe we can send Jimmmuuuuh over to tell the world it was a fair election, he was always good at supporting Dicktators.

“the fruit of his cultivated jihadi’s”

It is likely that those chickens will be coming home to roost in Turkey.

A lot of the foreign jihadis that he has been funneling into Syria for years, have burned their bridges with their home countries. Now they have no home to go back to. When the ISIS prisoners are asked where they want to go, the answer is overwhelmingly Turkey.

Their extremism and thugishness will be in more Turks faces, rather than something over the border, that the media artfully spins to sound good. They will be clearly associated with Erdogan’s AKP Party. A lot of the fighters have been hopped up on drugs for a long time, and gotten a real taste for blood, and taking what they want (including women). They won’t be easy to integrate into peaceful society.

All true. You can see why Erdogan wanted to put them in N. Syria in Efrin (Afrin). If Turkey stops supporting them in Efrin, the Kurds will take them all out.

They have not given up on that. All they look for is a way. Now they still average 5-15 a week eliminated. It has been ongoing since the takeover.

The price? Lives of course. But the Jihadi’s without Turk air and tank support are no match for the Kurds. The Kurd are smarter and more determined. ISIS leaders are cruel and have instinct to survive, but the slime they command? Head shake.

No, it is time for a real one and make it work.

CHP had a history of that before Erdoodoo.
