“In certain states, the Asian-American vote is enough to help make that margin of victory,” Rep. Grace Meng, of New York, a DNC vice chair, said in a phone interview last week.

They offer no appealing ideas, other than tribalism and division.

If they’re anything like the Asians in the Bay Area of Northern California, we’re screwed.

Another hard working, conservative, family oriented group that’s vote democrat because they’ve been convinced that republicans are the party of racist, xenophobic white males.

The Grievance Party marches on to conquer more groups with the unifying theme of Blame Whitey.

that and the republicans haven’t lifted a finger to court them. The asian vote was up for grabs in the 90s and early 2000s and the Rs blew it and are continuing to blow it. You can no longer just stand and talk general policy for everybody, you have to get down and dirty with the different groups and at least flatter their pretensions that your going to be looking out for them specifically. Dems are much better at this than Reps and they understand far better that politics isn’t just elections.

Dems are always looking for new identity group to pander to ... on the other hand Trump NEVER panders: Trump simply gives the same speech to everyone at all times and at all places ... that’s one of the many reasons Trump is so popular: intelligent people HATE to be pandered to because they know they’re being lied to when they are being pandered!

To expand on a topic of from the Chris Plante Show this past week: part of persuading people is to show up in person to make your pitch.

DC is currently in the midst of the Cherry Blossom Festival, one of the weekends contains the street market, why is it that the RNC cannot rent a booth and keep it staffed with 2-4 earnest young (or not so young) spokes men who can explain Republican policies (and maybe collect voter registrations).

Why not try something similar at county fairs and street festivals in other cities?

I'd try "Democrats want to assign all of the plumb slots at leading universities to children of certain races, and it ain't yours".

They'd become the victims of some horrifying Antifa assault with an hour.
