By the time the Securities Exchange Commission shut down Mantria in 2009, just $790,000 remained from the other $37 million.
In addition to the sheer size of the scam, the reach that Wragg and Knorr achieved in a few short years out of college remains hard to fathom.

That’s not even close to the real #FakeScience scam of #GlobalClimateWarmingChange. This is just one of the fiscal worms unleashed by the main hoax.
Looks like the Clinton Crime Foundation benefited from this scam to some degree.

Probably both. My guess is they paid Elway to pitch it, but also generously “let him in” as one of the first “investors.” He was probably one of the few who made some money so they could use him to draw in the Moms & Pops with their lifelong retirement savings.
Bill Clinton also was very involved in promoting the Theranos swindle. Grifters gonna grift and the Clintons are master grifters.
