Typical Obama judge. These globalist traitors disgust me.
This, once again, raises the issue of what to do about a supremacist judicial branch that has arrogated to itself all final power. Judges like this one need to be charged with the crimes they enable. They are undermining the USA deliberately and are guilty of sedition.
Oh, well then obviously it’s too dangerous to be allowing traffic back and forth. We have to shut down the borders
I don't know if they are "sent back" to Mexico to wait, because I'm not sure they are ever allowed into the United states when they request asylum. The request might be filed while they are still in Mexico.
That would mean that this judge is claiming jurisdiction over foreign nationals who are in foreign countries.

What happens to this country when the rule of law is changed to “the dems pathway to power again” via changing the laws.. changing whatever lies in their way.

If the President can’t set precedent, if the President can’t do what it takes to preserve our republic and protect the people therein... where are we? and how did it come to this?

I have wanted to hear a liberal explain their views when they made no sense to me. I did not hear enough of her hour to find out if she is one or the other, but she did express some whys that exist in her field. How did they rationalize? How did they reach a conclusion I could not have reached in all my life.
I heard the part where she said the media HATE Pres Trump. They can’t get to the place where he gets any credit for what he has done.. they can’t get past his ways. Now, that tells me something!!
If a man/woman is not affected by higher taxes, by regulations, by gas prices, home values, jobs, .. then they can afford to hone in on personality and hang their lost and selfish hats on what the person does that irks them.
If a peson is not bothered by any of the above.. if riots and open borders are okay.. and the black man in the Oval Office has a neat crease in his pants, and he is “a clean one” and he is so full of himself he fits right in with the high and mighty media, dem party and all the wealthy elite snobs out there in America. They are not affected by all that obama did and they fell at his feet. They are not affected by all the good Trump has done/is doing and so they look at the man and hate his hair, hate his speech, hate him.. for NO reason.. no legit reason!
What does all that tell me? The anti Trumpers are rich and don’t give a rats for the people... they can’t get out of their own skin to think of others or give the President a break for all he’s done for this beloved country! They have used the system to set themeselves in a position where they can now be judge and jury and work against the betterment of this nation.
They are thin skinned and operate on emotion instead of sense God gave us.. and they are worthless to this United
states .. just taking up space and spreading hate and discord... because they have nothing better to do with their day!

So in other words, there are no legal grounds for this judge's ruling, other than his emotions and his own whim. That sure inspires confidence in our judiciary. The Trump administration has every legal right to ignore this ruling and continue the process of having "refugees" stay in Mexico. If it goes to the Supreme Court, so be it.

Why not start using Federal Properties like Federal Court Houses to house them, setup those FEMA trailers in the Parking Lot for the Judges to Hold Court in.
