How much insanity and instigated violence are they responsible for?
Just business as usual? Well...
If the bartender and bar owner can be charged for what a drunk driver does after drinking at their bar, then what about the MSM and their owners for what they have intentionally(!) done to we, the victims, of their purposeful insanity that often ended with violence?
Reparations for the MSM enslaved and those who love them and lived through their MSM-induced madness!
Let the games begin
Conventional wisdom is that the unanimous (enthusiastically so) 1964 New York Times v. Sullivan SCOTUS decision is precedent preventing public figures from suing for libel.IMHO that is a bad precedent; the facts before SCOTUS were too simple by half:
The Republican-nominated majority now sitting on SCOTUS have good reason to know that the MSM is a liberal nightmare.
- Plaintiff Sullivan was neither a Republican nor a Democrat in good standing; he was a southern Democrat - a breed which was in bad odor with SCOTUS by then.
- the MSM already was a monopoly which promoted the conceit that journalism - which is self-consciously focused on bad news - is objective. The fact that that was and is sheer self-serving propaganda was not before the Court.
- the fact that Republicans are libeled routinely but "liberal" Democrats do not get libeled at all was not before the Court.
- In 1964 the famously liberal Warren Court was sitting.
