So, if anyone has knowledge of that South Korea court can shed light, how has it changed?

In 2012, the court upheld the ban.

This reminds me of the Massachusetts marriage law...the court ORDERED the legislative branch to write a new law and the lapdog legislature obeyed! Since WHEN does a legislative branch take ORDERS from a judicial branch? Absurd.

The court has 5-4 conservative / christian majority.
In 2012, the court has 6-3 liberal majority (after 2 liberal presidents).
The court struck down the abortion law by 7-2 margin.

What the court said was that it was up to legislative branch to come up with the proper standard, and that if it doesn’t come up by 2020, then the entire abortion law goes away and becomes free for all.
