If it can be shown that the hacking of Defense Department computers resulted in the death of one American soldier, then a beating is the least of his worries once he is incarcerated.

He is being charged by the Justice Department of conspiring with Chelsea Manning to hack into a classified U.S. government computer.
He still has his dead man’s switch. Yes he was hustled out of the embassy, but he was carrying a book. also, all of those bodies we’re in a “cover for sniper position” Also guessing he is wearing a VIP bullet proof vest.
