SB411, TO PROHIBIT MUNICIPAL SANCTUARY POLICIES update
SB411, a bill that would ban sanctuary cities in Arkansas, passed out of Arkansas House Committee on City, County & Local Affairs 14-5. It had been blocked on Monday with only one pro-illegal alien activist allowed over 6 minutes to speak against the bill. On Wednesday, SB411 was passed out of the Arkansas House with 71 votes (only 51 votes were needed). SB411 had passed the Senate with 24 votes despite only needing 18. Asa Hutchinson announced that he would sign SB411 after signing 2 bills that help DACA illegal aliens. The first bill allows DACA illegal aliens to obtain a nursing license. The second is HB1684, a bill that originally allowed in-state tuition for illegals. Politically pressure by conservative activist led the bill being amended to only apply to legal immigrants & DACA members.
Asa Hutchinson can either sign the bill, or simply allow it to go into law. If Asa Hutchinson Vetos the law, the legislator can override his veto with a simple majority. If any bill shall not be returned by the Governor within five days, Sundays excepted, after it shall have been presented to him, the same shall be a law in like manner as if he had signed it. During the last session, Asa Hutchinson spoke against a similar bill and had made concerns regarding so called racial profiling with this legislation.

Arkansas Ping!
Any jurisdiction that allows sanctuary is nothing but a den of treasonous officials that need to be arrested and deported and exiled.
The best way to fight back against sanctuary cities is for U.S. Marshals to arrest the mayors and city council members who promote these violations of federal law.
And that goes double for a governor who declares his or her state to be a “sanctuary.”
