I wrote a best-selling book. If you write a best-selling book, you can be a millionaire, too,
If Trump said that about Anything, forget about it.

"I wrote a best-selling book. If you write a best-selling book, you can be a millionaire, too, Which is the real reason half these losers are running for Dem president. Make a splash in a debate and write a book. For many of them it's a pre-sales tour.
If by some mistake you get elected, write a bigger book.

How can a man sell his retirement, when he is at the limit for his age. 78 is what the actuarial tables say he will reach, and he is 77. $650K is a horrible investment if he has to live 8-10 more years.

Before he was elected to Congress, Sanders ran a small business producing filmstrips on New England history for schools was a POS grifter dirtbag who never held a private sector job until his lazy @ss got a gov't job as ---> and served as mayor of Burlington, Vermont.

A best selling book that sold 95% of the copies to one buyer as a hidden bribe to Bernie.

"I wrote a best-selling book. If you write a best-selling book, you can be a millionaire too." Three books totaling 250,000 copies sold is NOT a best selling author. $1.7m for 250,000 copies sold sounds like a massive advance (money laundering) for something that resulted in a flop.

Something is amiss, here. Bernie owns three houses. So I suspect his “net worth” of $2.5m is new money, because he sunk the bulk of his fortune into fixed assets.
The first one, described as a “single family house” in Burlington, Vermont, has nine windows on the front of the two story plus attic house. Purchased in 2009 for $400,000.
The second one is a “one bedroom townhouse” in Washington, D.C. bought in 2007 for $489,000.
The third is a lakefront house, next to Lake Champlain in Vermont in 2016, for $575,000.
I suspect that he has squirreled away several times his official net worth in assets outside of the United States. Like Maduro of Venezuela, who has shipped all of his nations’ gold out of the country to destinations unknown.
However, there are professional asset hunters, who are expert in locating such hidden wealth. Imagine the glee if one of them discovered that Bernie had unreported (to the IRS, et. al) assets of $10 or $20 million.
