I’m still very suspicious of those Navy accidents...granted we probably have incompetents but many people could have stopped them.....they all can’t be incompetent...

No, it isnt. Radar and the Mk I eyeball are how all ships avoid collisions in shipping lanes and waterways. In both the recent collisions, neither was being properly used.

Perhaps this is why American military ships have collided? Worst case? In a war situation we nuke our own cities... Could subs carrying nukes (using the same navigation lines the rest of us use) target our own cities?
