Most of them aren’t black. I’ve seen black Africans... they are almost unbelievably black. Here in the US, I have seen people just about my color call themselves “black.” Not sure what to really call them.
They’re called “mulatto”. The average black person in America is something like 25% white... which is why our blacks are significantly more intelligent than the ones in Africa.

In the 1950s in Dallas and elsewhere, they were called High Yellows because of their light colored skin tone.
