Veritas SHOULD sue for expenses and counter sue for defamation.
The people in the videos KNEW that was exactly what they said, this was just an attempt to smear them and bog them down in the legal process.
They know what they said. They knew Veritas was not being deceptive.

whoever donated to fight this case, thank you for helping to preserve our civilization. Money well spent, not so much for this case but to stop them from getting shut down having to negotiate every other fake lawsuit thrown at them.
Now lawyers know they will fight everything, no more weak suits will come.
