I saw that ,it’s called Mad Max

~~~
That’s exactly what I thought?
Who is going to narrate the response, set in a dystopia where everyone is stuck walking great distances to buy scarce, over-priced, local-source only groceries, and there is no fuel except what you scavenge for, steal, or buy on the black market. A dystopia where hordes of bandits and marauders attack the weak and innocent on the roads to take for themselves what little there is out there. A dystopia where dust-bowls like those 100 years ago come back due to deforrestation of people illegally burning wood for heat and fuel, and where it’s illegal to collect water from the ground or even rain, so crops and pastures wither in even the shorter droughts. A dystopia where nearly everyone is out of work, who migrate looking for jobs, and where the government is expected to provide more, but have less than ever to provide due to lack of tax on sparse incomes going to the IRS. A dystopia where the temperatures rose as expected, not because humanity was still creating CO2 (even though some places continued to, such as China) because CO2 never was any influence on naturally occurring climate cycles. A dystopia where the bureaucrat class become more powerful because the populace is relegated to dependency, servitude, and volunteerism, and those who rebel against it turn the government into a police state, and tax collectors, census takers, and administrators can convict without due process you under marshall law.
it’s called Mad Max
Or Waterworld, where everything is under water.
Or The Postman, where we try to rebuild society, starting with the Post Office.
Or maybe Escape From New York, where we wall her back in so she can't get out.
The original is my favourite. Only a vague sense of dystopia in it which was later developed in the subsequent Mad Maxes. Who can forget such gems as the ‘Hey Fella! You’re a turkey you know that’ and ‘you betta send a meat truck, charlie’s copped a saucepan in the throat’.
