CNN running a banner that says Mueller said “Congress can still find Trimp guilty of obstruction!” So partisan hacks in Congress will be able to ignore Mueller and he could care less. That’s how I’m reading it.
Pelosi knows better, starting an impeachment investigation will virtually assure Trump’s re-election and Democrats in Congress being heavily punished.
She has seen how that path turns out. Pelosi runs a tight ship. She will yank committees and funding from anyone who opposes her.
