Mueller assessed WikiLeaks role in fueling Seth Rich conspiracy theory

Special counsel Robert Mueller focused a portion of his final report on WikiLeaks and its founder Julian Assange making false statements about slain Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich and the theft of emails from Democratic officials.

Rich was killed in Washington, D.C., on July 10, 2016, in what police have described as a botched robbery. But Rich's death quickly became the subject of conspiracy theories claiming he was killed in a politically motivated hit job for leaking stolen emails to WikiLeaks.

The redacted Mueller report, released Thursday, said WikiLeaks and its founder, Julian Assange, "made several public statements apparently designed to obscure the source of the materials that WikiLeaks was releasing."

It proves this report was to provide some cover as Barr starts investigating the roots of the investigation.

If you look at the timeline for Rich, the distance he walked from the bar to his house, there’s a ton of time unexplained. He left the bar at 1:45...the shooting occurs at 4:20 near his apartment. The total distance between the two points is 1.8 miles. You could easily walk the distance in 20 minutes, so what did he do to waste that two-hour empty period?

I’ve always thought that he was walking along and talking to someone he knew....some insider to the DC political scene, and likely knew Rich on a first-name basis.

That is what you get with political judiciary.
To them the Russian collusion hoax is not a conspiracy because the fact that there are no evidence whatsoever means that Trump is really good at obstruction. And of course, Trump should not be exonerated because there are no evidence proving his innocence without doubt as well. The very fact that this concept is not known in legal practice since the actual Witch Hunt doesn’t bother anyone.
Now coming to Seth Rich and there is no smoking gun with Hillary’s fingers on it within three feet from the body so that’s conspiracy.

mcconnel and the "republican" congress were never going to approve anyone that is not in thier pocket. barr was the best that Trump had to work with. barr's act today was nothing more then stabbing Trump in the back in that two faced deep state way. That report was written to make non crimes look like crimes for a specific reason and barr put it out there. How many "republicans" have you heard come out and call the report what it is?

Mueller also alleged that “GRU officers used both the DCLeaks and Guccifer 2.0 personas to communicate with WikiLeaks through Twitter private messaging and through encrypted channels, including possibly through WikiLeaks's private communication system.”

How did he determine this? Anybody know? Is this actually substantiated by evidence, or is this narrative alone?
