First, where did I say that?
Second, the author is spinning Biden’s actions as completely and totally innocuous which is an assumption that many clear thinking people including myself are not prepared to make.
Third, nuzzling, hair and necks, kissing, inappropriate placing of hands, sniffing body areas etc. are creepy at the VERY least and hardly require Ms.Flores to “address the cloud of suspicion” which has engulfed Mr. Biden.
It’s a tortured defense of a behavior that I would question regardless of who was the perpetrator of it.
Mix Andy Warhol and Trump for those 15 minutes. You can grab a lot of them if you spread them out. Get slapped a lot too.
RE: First, where did I say that?
Well, I’m glad that you did not say that, but you did mention AllahPundit ( who isn’t even the author of this article ).
My request is that if you disagree with an article and think it is crap, please direct your arguments against it instead.
RE: Its a tortured defense of a behavior that I would question regardless of who was the perpetrator of it.
I believe you ought to give the author a little slack here because he is asking a pertinent question — How do you differentiate creepy behavior and a harmless sign of affection?
What he is questioning is this -— we have reached a point where even harmless signs of affection are now being equated with sexual molestation.
Can we kiss babies anymore?
This has reached a point where even Mike Pence cannot have dinner with a woman who is not his wife and a poster saying that he used to hug women affectionately but does not do it anymore.
We have in effect, become a society of suspicious people who question everyone else’s motives because of what the #MeToo movement has done.
