Wasn’t Seth Rich murdered? I wonder what would motivate the murderer?

Well seeing as to how his wallet and $2k worth of jewey was left on his body we can surmise it wasn't about money.

NSA is DoD. They do not have a charter to intercept domestic communications. Like every other country in the world, the U.S. government has the legal authority to monitor any foreign communication it pleases, including communications crossing U.S. borders, i.e., when one party is within the U.S. There is no way of knowing whether or not the party in the U.S. is a U.S. person, or a member of al-Qdeada.

Go to 6:30 in the video. Bill Binney himself is making the claim referenced by the posted article.

You’re not saying that they do not in fact intercept domestic communications, are you?

Revelations came out on Good Friday that the NSA has 32 pages of communications between Julian Assange and Seth Rich, the former Democratic National Committee employee who was murder in Washington DC.

Where does this "revelation" come from? Does anybody have a credible link?

Yes they are. Were it not for Adm. Rogers and his staff monitoring a couple of programs, this whole “Russia, Russia, Russia” BS might have gone a lot differently. There were multiple efforts to entrap members of the Trump campaign by the FBI, Mifsud, Veselnitskaya, etc.

I think I read the doctor is Debbie Blabber Mouth Schultz’s brother?

Which authorities are taking responsibility for calling the Rich murder case a robbery?

Clearly the factual evidence doesn't match the robbery claim.

Do such authorities get to hide behind a curtain of cover-up regarding their public accountability?

We should hear more from these "authorities," at least to know enough that they're are diligently doing their jobs and aren't being inappropriately pressured by anyone or any entity.

“If the NSA has copies of everyone’s data transmission — and knows everything there is to know about Seth Rich — then this information should be acted upon. To do nothing because it would “reveal our capabilities” is ridiculous. We are in the middle of a coup attempt. Now is when you use all your tools.”

Exactly!

And now Trump has allowed the Deep State to imprison Assange & they will probably kill him by one means or another. Meaning the truth can’t get out. This is unacceptable.

Good guys based upon what? That is laughable. They have all the answers and have stood by silently as the Trump administration is sodomized, obstructed, delayed and rendered almost ineffective.
They have fantastic data of the imprisoned kids on Epstein Island, and the Clinton pedophile ring.
They have Hillary’s 33,000 emails.

And they have stood silent.

Some “good guys”.

“Assange will never be prosecuted because of what he would disclose in his testimony; and, he would be entitled to all the NSA information about Assange’s communications with everyone with whom he was in contact.”

Nope, he will be prosecuted in a secret national security type court, or maybe a tribunal at Gitmo. Like Roger Stone he will simply be forbidden by the judge to make certain arguments in his defense. And they will laugh as they deny him whatever he asks for from the NSA. Then he will be locked away in solitary in Supermax in Colorado, incommunicado.

The fact is, we live in a USSR with better consumer goods. But the Uniparty does what it wants with no thought to the law except as a form of sophistry where every act must be framed in constitutional language. I call it constitutional Jeopardy. They do what they want be have to phrase it in the form of the Constitution.

“NSA is DoD. They do not have a charter to intercept domestic communications”

Yeah, but there are no electronic communications that remain solely inside the USA. There are switch centers that route things via fiber optic. Almost everything here is bounced off servers in the UK and back into the USA. It all happens in the blink of an eye. And that is the legal fiction that allows the NSA to intercept ALL domestic communications.
And they have secret agreements with all the telecom companies to ensure their permanent infrastructure access.

Who are the conspirators who attempted a “silent coup” to gain the Presidency of the USA in the 2016 election (i.e. Pres. Obama, AG Lynch, FBI, CIA & NSA Leadership, DNC leadership, members of both parties in Congress...)?
Who is “Resisting” and obstructing action by Pres. Trump’s administration?
Why was Seth Rich murdered?
Why does Special Counsel Mueller in his report, active US Intelligence, HRC continue the narrative that the DNC was hacked by the Russians?
What happens to these conspirators if the COMPLETE TRUTH is revealed?

Consider analysis reports by retired intel vets sent to :

1) President Trump July 24, 2017 “Intel Vets Challenge ‘Russia Hack’ Evidence”: https://consortiumnews.com/2017/07/24/intel-vets-challenge-russia-hack-evidence/
Forensic studies of “Russian hacking” into Democratic National Committee computers last year reveal that on July 5, 2016, data was leaked (not hacked) by a person with physical access to DNC computer. After examining metadata from the “Guccifer 2.0” July 5, 2016 intrusion into the DNC server, independent cyber investigators have concluded that an insider copied DNC data onto an external storage device.

Key among the findings of the independent forensic investigations is the conclusion that the DNC data was copied onto a storage device at a speed that far exceeds an Internet capability for a remote hack. Of equal importance, the forensics show that the copying was performed on the East coast of the U.S...

Independent analyst Skip Folden, who retired after 25 years as the IBM Program Manager for Information Technology, US, who examined the recent forensic findings, is a co-author of this Memorandum. He has drafted a more detailed technical report titled “Cyber-Forensic Investigation of ‘Russian Hack’ and Missing Intelligence Community Disclaimers,” and sent it to the offices of the Special Counsel and the Attorney General. VIPS member William Binney, a former Technical Director at the National Security Agency, and other senior NSA “alumni” in VIPS attest to the professionalism of the independent forensic findings.

The recent forensic studies fill in a critical gap. Why the FBI neglected to perform any independent forensics on the original “Guccifer 2.0” material remains a mystery – as does the lack of any sign that the “hand-picked analysts” from the FBI, CIA, and NSA, who wrote the “Intelligence Community Assessment” dated January 6, 2017, gave any attention to forensics.

2) Pres. Obama January 17, 2017 “A Demand for Russian ‘Hacking’ Proof”
https://consortiumnews.com/2017/01/17/a-demand-for-russian-hacking-proof/

As President-elect Donald Trump prepares to take the oath of office Friday, a pall hangs over his upcoming presidency amid an unprecedentedly concerted campaign to delegitimize it. Unconfirmed accusations continue to swirl alleging that Russian President Vladimir Putin authorized “Russian hacking” that helped put Mr. Trump in the White House. As President for a few more days, you have the power to demand concrete evidence of a link between the Russians and WikiLeaks, which published the bulk of the information in question. Lacking that evidence, the American people should be told that there is no fire under the smoke and mirrors of recent weeks.

We urge you to authorize public release of any tangible evidence that takes us beyond the unsubstantiated, “we-assess” judgments by the intelligence agencies. Otherwise, we – as well as other skeptical Americans – will be left with the corrosive suspicion that the intense campaign of accusations is part of a wider attempt to discredit the Russians and those – like Mr. Trump – who wish to deal constructively with them...

Alleged Russian interference has been labeled “an act of war” and Mr. Trump a “traitor.” But the “intelligence” served up to support those charges does not pass the smell test...

3) AG Barr March 13, 2019 “Mueller’s Forensics-Free Findings Report”
https://consortiumnews.com/2019/03/13/vips-muellers-forensics-free-findings/

...If Mueller gives you his “completed” report anytime soon, it should be graded “incomplete.” Major deficiencies include depending on a DNC-hired cybersecurity company for forensics and failure to consult with those who have done original forensic work, including us and the independent forensic investigators with whom we have examined the data. We stand ready to help.

We veteran intelligence professionals (VIPS) have done enough detailed forensic work to prove the speciousness of the prevailing story that the DNC emails published by WikiLeaks came from Russian hacking. Given the paucity of evidence to support that story, we believe Mueller may choose to finesse this key issue and leave everyone hanging. That would help sustain the widespread belief that Trump owes his victory to President Vladimir Putin, and strengthen the hand of those who pay little heed to the unpredictable consequences of an increase in tensions with nuclear-armed Russia.

There is an overabundance of “assessments” but a lack of hard evidence to support that prevailing narrative.

Wikileaks 100 most damaging reveals much truth of some of the actions of conspirators up to and including Pres. 0 who also used a private email account while in the WH.
