Last week Cain said there was no way he’s withdrawing his name for consideration for nomination. So what happened?
I think it is now a requirement that any nominee Trump puts forward, the Democrats will require a pictorial file of the nominee’s genitalia.
Who would want that daily media colonoscopy...?
START PUTTING SOME DEMS AND MEDIA HEADS IN JAIL MR. PRESIDENT!
Chalk-up another win for the gopE/dnc/msm team.
There was just too much opposition to Herman. Coming from both sides. Not fair, not logical, but not something that could be ignored at this point in time.
And America, yet again, takes it up the azz from the GOP.
Cain should just flip the finger to the nation and sit at home, perfecting mac and cheese recipes, and going fishing in some nice trout streams. This mentality, is of course, the destruction of America....but that’s what he should do.
Screw the GOP all to hell.
President Donald Trump tweeted Monday that he will not nominate businessman and failed 2012 GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain to the Federal Reserve Board.
...
Why do they have to put “failed” in there? It isn’t necessary.
It makes sense in face of reality.
They don’t want to fight trying to go through the confirmation process, and ultimately the senate won’t confirm.
I read “Operation Overflight” By Gary Powers who got shot down in the U-2 over Russia. He said he was amazed at how much the KGB did not know about America. At one point the Russian interrogator asked him to explain the difference between the Republican and Democrat parties.
To his chagrin, he could not really find a way to explain the difference because they were basically the same even then.
The GOP Senate in this case is another example.
I know I will take heat, but I’m glad.
That’s a shame. IIRC, I head some leftist talking head saying that a pizza maker has no business on “The Fed.”
I guess they didn’t bother looking up the fact that Mr. Cain HAS been on the Federal Reserve Board, for the KC Federal Reserve Bank.

This just published on the UPI web site:
“Sens. Kevin Cramer of North Dakota, Mitt Romney of Utah, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Cory Gardner of Colorado each said they opposed Cain’s appointment.”
What the hell is wrong with Republicans that we keep electing enemies from within? That sonofabitch Romney couldn’t find the testicular fortitude to stand up to Obama, but he can oppose Trump at every turn.
