Dershowitz is a liberal, of the sort that should be in a museum. Very few exist these days, at least as spokes-critters for the “liberal position.” What we (and it seems most self-identified liberals today) used to know as “liberals” have no place in either the MSM nor the dem party. Walter Cronkite, even with his leftist bent, would never be hired by CNN or most other news outlets today, being “too right-wing.” John F. Kennedy would have long been driven out of the dem party. Stalinists, or even Maoists, have taken over the leadership of the democrat party, although Pelosi tries to paint the images that she has some control. She doesn’t. When someone like Biden needs to apologize for being “White,” you know there’s a problem with the heart and soul of that party.
As a liberal, he can be counted on to take consistent positions, as opposed to the leftists who blindly support Obama, Hillary, Steyer, Soros, and all their minions. They really don’t give a damn what damage they do to America nor Americans, as long as the will of their masters is done.
There are principled liberals. They include Dershowitz, Camile Paglia, Tammy Bruce (though she may now be more “small ‘l’ libertarian” now,” and the late Christopher Hitchens. I disagree with many of their stands, but they all have, or had, my respect.

Avenatti lends his legal expertise and authority to the analyses that CNN wants to hear. Avenatti is much more credible than Dershowitz to those who can accept only a particular warped perspective. It works for people who believe something to be true because they say it is true and for no other necessary reason, reality being strictly a mental construct.
Slightly off topic, but where is Johathan Truley? His voice is one of the most important - haven’t heard from him on this report yet.
