President Trump is not on the ballot in any state. The electors to the Electoral College are on the ballots in their respective states.
If the party wants to block anybody from the ballot, it has to be the individual electors in their own states.

I'd love to see a ballot that has Bernie Sanders or Joe Biden and the Democrat Party slot, and a list of 20 or more names of electors in the Republican Party slot.
