The Supreme Court is set to hear arguments over the Trump administration's plan to ask about citizenship on the 2020 census, a question that could affect how many seats states have in the House of Representatives and their share of federal dollars over the next 10 years.
Three federal courts have blocked the Commerce Department from adding the citizenship question. Those courts have ruled that Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross violated federal law in the way he went about trying to include the question for the first time since 1950. They found that millions of Hispanics, who tend to vote for Democrats, and immigrants would go uncounted

If illegals can be counted, then tourists should be counted too.

It’s really sick that our attempts to count our own citizens in a census would be blocked. That’s the whole reason for the census.

Question #2: How, EXACTLY, were these Hispanic Democrats “found”? Methods of analysis, please.
We should win....unless the Dems pull out Robert’s control file again and remind him about it and what will happen to him if he votes for the Constitution.
Weaponize? By what? Returning the census to what it was for nearly 200 years? Citizenship question was part of it for nearly 2 centuries and was NOT removed because it violated the constitution.

In any event, the citizenship question will not change the way Congressional seats are allocated. It is for informational purposes. Congress would have to change the rules. The public will be surprised about the results. I can't see how SCOTUS will rule against Trump on this one.
Something tells me they will be using the Silicon Valley "Masters of the Universe" in new and heinous ways in the 2020 elections to elect their own. They don't follow rules or agreements; they only fight to win more power with no holds barred..
If they are afraid to answer the citizenship question, then it goes without saying that they are voting illegally for Democrats.
You know, maybe if the Dems wouldn't fight so hard on no-brainers like this, we wouldn't need to build a wall, but since they give us no choice, they're getting a wall!
