I’m not sure if this concerns the same property, but Pritzker was widely teased and criticized for having all the toilets removed from one of his properties in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. By removing them, the property (a single-family mansion) could be reclassified as uninhabitable and property taxes greatly reduced.

Im not sure that this is illegal by the letter of the law, but it sure is crappy.
