That won’t be an issue. I’m sure she has adequate funds stashed in some non-extradition country where she can live out the remainder of her Godforsaken, miserable life. She can “hide” in plain sight and the U.S. can’t touch her.
Her passport may be flagged already to prevent travel to non-extradition countries.
