Check out Roddy’s body language during Barr’s press conference. The “cigar store indian” routine speaks volumes. Rod is now owned by Trump and he doesn’t like it. Trump layed down the law in the infamous air force one meeting a few weeks ago. Rosenstein is hoping to save his reputation, and he is now playing the game with the administration. In the end it won’t matter, he’ll be taken off the playing field. By co-operating Trump may allow him to slither out the back door with his law license intact. That’s the best he can hope for.
Rats leave a sinking ship. My view is that he is trying to distance himself from acts he knows were illegal.

My wife is an Armenian from Azerbaijan (Kirovobad). Her family left in about ‘87, and their escape was facilitated by the Soviet army, who resettled almost their entire city in the Krasnodar region of Russia. Remember at this time, both Azerbaijan and Armenia were republics of the USSR. Azerbaijan has always been a Muslim country, but for some reason, the Soviets drew their borders to include large swaths of historical Armenian territory (like Kirovobad, and Nagorno-Karabakh). In ‘87-88 the Azeris started to think it was ok to kill Armenians for no reason. Moscow tried to get them to stop, and when they wouldn’t, they sent the Army to evacuate pretty much ALL of the Armenians. If it wasn’t for the Russian intervention, a lot of these people would be dead.
Because we now have an actual AG and Rosenweasel has less courage than my canary.

Agreed. Sounds like he’s talk ya out Trump and Qs here are looking for a bone. As always, time will tell. Eventually the clock will run out on all of this or we will have know we can trust the plan and lots and lots of people will have been arrested.
