I listened to the entire interview.

What impressed me the most was the president’s assertion that, after his full cooperation through 2 years and 35 million dollars wasted on the Mueller witch hunt, the Democrats have now decided to expand their efforts to bring his presidency down.

And that it stops now—he’s done with them.

If Barr was made of “sterner stuff” 20 people whose names we all know would have been arrested in the 60 minutes following the release of the Mueller report. Just my humble opinion, of course.

Almost no leaking now - and especially from the White House and IG

I notice the words “treason” and “plotting to overthrow the president” are now being used by Trump and others.

This is as I would expect.

The public must be brought to the point where they are conscious of what happened - before people they liked or trusted are held accountable.

Of course, I have no inside info and the people who do aren’t talking.

But I sense the momentum has shifted. Trump has moved to the offensive on every front.

Time will tell. We all want to see people held accountable.

Time will tell if you correct.

I don’t think you are. The clock didn’t start ticking until the Mueller Report was issued. As you must recall this report said nothing about collusion and everything about OBSTRUCTION and, by implication IMPEACHMENT.

The early moves by Trump and Justice that you have been hoping for would have led to greater and greater calls for impeachment.

Trump wisely decided not to throw gasoline on that fire. I’m certain that he had Rudy’s advice on that and he wisely followed it. Politics is a game where instant gratification is rare or nonexistent and where winning in the long run is everything..

And you will note, I hope, the very rapid ramp up of counter-coup activities following the Mueller Report release.

Patience in all of this is difficult but not impossible. It will be rewarded.

I think it’s more likely that whatever compromises Roberts will be revealed and he will be removed... I’d like to give Thomas the Chief job for a few years before he retires... of course if any of the anti-American justices can be impeached and removed that would be fantastic.

I have not heard anything on the MSM today, so this may already be playing out (if so, forgive me for dumb comments).

If the MSM does NOT hysterically report on POTUS’ remarks about a coup, then you KNOW THEY WERE (are?) IN ON IT. They don’t want any more scrutiny of the issue. They are trying to develop some response that provides them with a scintilla of plausible deniability.

Justice needs to proceed for the country's long term survival.

The results of pursuing justice will be more effective if Trump can disassociate himself from the process.
