So was it worth it to let that worthless POS go free out the back door?

The look when you found out you aren't above the law.

She should receive the maximum penalty.

Removal from the bench and disbarment would be sufficient in my book. As an officer of the court, she knowingly violated the law. No different than a lawyer suborning perjury.

I’d like to see an awful lot of employers crying those tears.

We may see it... this is the necessary shot across the bow to states that this administration will enforce the law.

MacGregor allegedly used his access badge to release Medina-Perez through a rear door.

I guess MacGregor didn't realize each time the access badge is used the activity is recorded in a data base. And many also link to cameras that record and save a video clip of the area at the time the badge is used.

At the very least she has proven she isn’t fit to be a judge of any kind which requires an impartiality and an adherent to the legal law. She can’t just change laws to fit her sense of ideology when she feels like it; not as a judge.

Too funny....Playing the girl card.

We just had a case in Rochester NY...where a whacko female judge just got off on a weapons charge....and she cried. Now she's running for City Council.

According to CBS, Joseph's attorney Tom Hoopes said outside court: 'This prosecution is absolutely political, Shelley Joseph is absolutely innocent.'

Political or not - what else would you expect her attorney to say? - it seems open and shut That she is guilty!

Did they put her in an overnight holding cell with a dozen or so people processed through her fair court?

I hope she cries a lot more when sentenced to multiple years incarceration.

Forget the “crying” bit. The fact is the Feds are prosecuting a state judge for violating federal immigration law. This is great news.

Aren't you afraid this will have a chilling effect on any other judge who is wont to deliberately, notoriously and arbitrarily violating federal law?
