YES! I agree with you.

Whenever he's interviewed on TV, notice that has that anxious wet lip, slightly ajar mouth which is forming a goofy smile and a rather unfocused look in his eyes, like we see in psychopaths.

He's quick to answer questions. It's apparent that he either has canned answers or he just shoots from the hip ... blasts away with unfiltered, radical garbage as though he were in a high school classroom.
