The Obama administration's FBI and Justice Department used unverified opposition research obtained outside of our country as ammunition to get a FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page, a foreign policy adviser to President Trump during the 2016 election. That is a fact.

If Fusion/Ohr/Steele simply 'created' the stories then it wasn't obtained
from outside of our country at all. It would be completely domestic.
Fusion/Ohr/Steele as source and Steele also as the delivery vehicle to shield Fusion/Ohr.

Since nothing has been verified, not even the sources as far as I know,
how can this claim be made as being a fact?
