The next bombshell report to drop from the Justice Department likely will earn none of the breathless fanfare and media coverage that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report received, but it could be far more incriminating.
In the next several weeks, Inspector General Michael Horowitz is expected to issue his summation of the potential abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act by top officials in the Obama Administration and holdovers in the early Trump Administration who were overseeing the investigation of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.

The application cited the infamous Steele dossier—unsubstantiated political propaganda that had been funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee—as its primary source of evidence. But the specific political origin of the dossier intentionally was omitted in the court filing. (Robert Mueller similarly tap-danced around the role of Fusion GPS, the political consulting firm that hired Christopher Steele to create the dossier. Mueller never mentioned the name “Fusion GPS” in the 448-page document, referring to it only vaguely as “the firm that produced the Steele reporting.”)

I’ll believe it when I see it. I’m still smarting from the six month build up to Horowitz’s last “bombshell” report. That report amounted to, “redacted, redacted, no political bias, redacted, redacted”.
Correct. Horowitz is conducting an administrative “investigation.” It’s unlikely anything more than some beltway hot air will be produced from it.
This is a criminal manner and what we need is grand jury testimony under oath, FBI raids of criminal Democrats, etc. Unfortunately, after nearly 3 years much evidence has undoubtedly been destroyed. I sense little will in the GOP to prosecute Dems. Graham runs as fast as he can from that topic when questioned by Hannity. So in the end this is all about 2020 and all we can do is reeelect POTUS. I have little doubt the criminal Democrats will remain guilty as sin, free as birds.

That would require exposing that Obama was never eligible and that both parties colluded to violate the Constitution.
I believe you are thinking about Joe diGenova. A week ago, Joe said that in two weeks Comey would be in legal hot water. That seemed to be unrelated to the IG reports.
diGenova further said that Barr was waiting for the IG report to drop, then he would move with either grand jury proceedings or indictments.
diGenova was on a Fox News segment with three other prosecutors/lawyers, including Rudy Guiliani.

I said it weeks before Comeys findings and staged performance of the Hillary Clinton investigation and will say it again..

The Founders were quite clear in their belief that the system they established would work only as long as we were a moral people. And we are no longer a moral people. We are also “multicultural,” and no system of government except perhaps a total dictatorship will work for a heterogeneous population.
Proof is in the pudding. Near 3 years now and no criminal prosecution of Democrats. Perjury traps and FBI raids for supporters of POTUS. Democrat crimes are now a “matter” for 2020. There has been a push for President Trump to un-classify and release some documents. We have wondered why he is holding them back.
I now suspect that he may be holding them back because they could be used in a trial. If he was to release them before any arrest were made the defendants could find some legal reason to keep the very documents that would convict them out of the trial.
Two things to keep in mind. One there is more going on then we (the public) know and two, timing is everything.
Just a thought for what ever it is worth.
