They’ve all moved to Texas and brought their lib ideas with them.

True, but a lot of solid conservatives have abandoned California for Texas, too.

I mean, think about it. If you were a native California conservative, and wanted to flee the state, where would you go? We chose the state with the greenest pastures and the reddest politics -- Texas.

I recently saw a migration map that plotted out who is moving and where they're moving to. The big surprise to me, is where blue state refugees are moving to. Turns out most blue state refugees from the northeast are moving to California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Florida, with only a smattering moving to solid red states.

The outmigration from California is more complex. It's literally all over the map, which tends to indicate a wider range of preferred destinations on the part of those refugees. That, in turn, tends to indicate an ideological variance among those moving.

Conservatives are also on the move. Where do you think they’re moving to?

Californians as a general rule don’t like to move any further east than relatively dry weather goes, they detest humidity, so there’s certainly very little migration east of the Mississippi River. By far and away the outward migration is hitting neighboring states such as Arizona, Idaho, etcetera, but in Texas Austin and vicinity is fairly high; the topography can look rather like California, and the live oaks too. Not as humid as going more south or more east in Texas. The other in-migration of potential leftist voters is coming out of the midwest. Illinois, Michigan, etcetera. These you’ll find in Dallas or Houston. I’d take midwesterners and even most Californians over the flood of New Jersey we’re getting in NC, though. I know the entire state of NJ isn’t like this, but so many are just aggressively obnoxious.

True, of course.
However, the liberals in California and Seattle outnumber the Conservatives about 2 to 1.

which is also why I still have a big problem forgiving Ted Cruz for his flirtation with that bunch for as long as he did

And Mark Levin

the liberals in California and Seattle outnumber the Conservatives about 2 to 1.

And yet the national ratio of conservatives versus liberals remains at roughly 40%:27%.

The conservatives haven't gone anywhere. So where are they?

Thank you friend for your conservative vote, but I was aiming more at the liberals who poison everything that is good! Freaking communist should go live in Venezuela, China or Russia see how far their snowflake tactics would last!! China would shoot’em, Russia would send them to a Siberia camp and in Venezuela they would starve to death!!

“And how does that ever get fixed? The current owner likely paid $1.5 mil, and if real estate prices ever scaled back to something realistic they’d all be plunged into bankruptcy. “

With a massive collapse. The jobs will leave, and with them the upper middle and upper class. Silicon Valley peaked, and is falling now. Remote workers are on the rise.

It’s not going to end well for CA.

I figured one bash per posting was sufficient, but I certainly agree!

I could be a millionaire if I could buy house at Realtor.com prices and sell at Zillow.com.

Over the last 20 years I have seen an increase in the number of cars parked in front of each house.

High taxes, feces in the streets, used hypodermic needles.

Then again they asked for it-Voted for the mayor of poo and needle town to be governor of the state.
Brilliant.

“Tank” is a NICE way to put it. One reason we need an ironclad border and, God willing, a temporary ban on immigration: so we can be hit upside the head with the consequences of Roe V. Wade and feminism.

Every year we “plug the hole” by allowing the unwashed, uneducated and misbehaving masses of Mexico to flow in is another year we can pretend things are ok.
