This counter offer seems like a near fold to me, on first read.
They’ll never see the Grand Jury material. As to the more classified material... I’d say it depends on the material. The real reason for that demand might be to see how bad the dirt really is on the Obama/Deep State operation.
Or the real reason is its all show for the dummies and Democrats since I heard that Barr cannot be held in contempt because he was NOT subpoenad...he volunteered to appear.
It is my understanding they can see it in a sciff but only two Republicans have done so.
