Let me get this straight. Nadler is seriously whining that Barr won’t release grand jury material to Nadler, even though it is illegal to do so as the SCOTUS just confirmed two weeks ago. Never mind that the Special Counsel law specifies that this report is supposed to be confidential only to the AG. The President or AG could have held it ALL back and been correct. Do I have that right? Barr should tell “Staples” Nadler to pound sand.
Not just that but Nadler wants AG Barr to get a court order to allow release of GJ info to congress. That must be because Nadler doesn’t want to go to court to request the release of GJ info knowing that he will get shot down immediately after the DC Appeals court just ruled on that exact subject. what a farce.
